Wagner Consulting International – Expert Know-How for Companies From the very beginning we have had the same vision: to make possible the impossible. This focus has enabled the company to grow consistently since the year 2005. The aim is to create a new type of company, which, as opposed to its competitors, offers a complete upmarket service in the area of top management consultation. A comprehensive service package is already on offer, with a globe-spanning management, multi-national departments and additional back-up departments such as a comprehensive full-service language service. The renaming of the company in 2005 was the start of its success story. Opening in England – expansion to Asia. In the same year the company set foot in the cosmopolitan city of Shanghai. In 2006 the US office was established. The company is now already established in three continents and in a position to make an impact on the global market. With the formulation of guidelines the company is laying new foundations for its future. High expectations of its employees, greater transparency and a new focus – this is how the company advertised in 2007 and set a new course in the area of top management consultation. The increase in globalisation means that companies face new challenges – and thus the consultation needs of individual firms also grow. Wagner Consulting was early in recognising this trend and has reacted accordingly. Since the middle of 2007 Wagner Consulting has consultants on three continents. Besides the classical consultation fields – marketing, strategy and organisation – Wagner Consulting has developed into an expert in the area of Asia-management and – strategy, innovation and company creation.  With the strategic partnership with a leading IT company in the USA in 2006 topics such as information technology and investments are growing in significance.


We are advising customers from over 40 countries so far and almost all business sectors. This includes top companies from industry and commerce. But also medium sized companies and business start-ups are happy to avail themselves of our practical solution options. Our customers are particularly dear to us, and that is why we are aiming to attain an optimal position to be able to ensure long-term success. All projects are discussed and implementation options processed in general meetings with our consultants. Expert knowledge and know-how are aimed at the most important targets – the employees of our company.
